We ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In some cases, we may use an alternative shipping provider if necessary to ensure the best possible delivery service. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Clothing

  • Within Poland: Free shipping via InPost (estimated delivery: 2-4 business days)
  • Europe: Shipped via Poczta Polska (priority registered mail) (estimated delivery: 10-14 business days)
  • Outside Europe: Shipped via Poczta Polska (priority registered mail) (estimated delivery: 2-6 weeks)

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.

Paintings

  • Within Poland: Free shipping via DPD courier (estimated delivery: 2-4 business days)
  • Europe: Shipped via FedEx or DPD courier, depending on availability (estimated delivery: 5-10 business days)
  • Outside Europe: Shipped via FedEx or DPD courier, depending on availability (estimated delivery: 7-21 business days)

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping within Poland is free for all orders.
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other related charges for international orders.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, we cannot issue a refund.

5. Order Tracking

  • Clothing shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided once the package is shipped.
  • Paintings sent via courier include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Shipments

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at talktosubbie.contact@gmail.com for assistance.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect the package, the buyer will be responsible for covering the reshipping cost.
